Principal’s Message

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Term 4 has gotten off to a busy start and we are excited for what is yet to come at Sirius College. Let us take a look back on some of the events that have taken place in the past few weeks.

Parent Teacher Interviews

As you all know we have had the Parent-teacher interviews. I hope that these have allowed parents to gain an insight about your child’s progress at school. I believe that by going to parent-teacher interviews, you have shown your interest in your child’s learning and willingness to cooperate with our school effectively for your child’s development. I would like to thank all parents that were able to make it. I also strongly encourage all parents who were not available to make a separate booking with their child’s teacher.

End of Year Ceremonies

It was an absolute pleasure watching the great performances put forwards by our beloved students from grades F-5 last week at their end of year ceremony. I am also looking forward to Grade 6 Graduation Night, which will be held this week. Most importantly of course, the following week we will be hosting a monumental event to celebrate the valuable contribution that our grade 6 students have had at Sirius College over the past seven years.

Farewell Message

Dear all, I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I have come to the end of my great journey with Sirius College. I will be starting a new position at Pinnacle College in Adelaide.

I believe that over the last 6 years I have tried my very best to enhance the growth of Sirius College Eastmeadows & Dallas Campuses with the help of my staff, parents and students, to whom I am very grateful for. With such magnificent people here making up the Sirius College family, I am sure that it will continue to flourish not only in numbers, but also in success.

I would also like to take this opportunity to apologise to anyone I may have offended with my words, actions or decisions.

Even though I will miss Sirius College and will always carry our fond memories in my heart, I am also looking forward to this new challenge and to starting a new phase of my career.
